How do I send a task mail to a booked guest?

Step 1: Create A New Reservation

         Create a new reservation >> Add the information customer >> Add [Birthday] if you want to send the happy birthday email >> Add [Email address] that the system can send the auto email

Step 2: To create the task email

       To add the new task email for Booked guest:

       Act: Click [Email marketing] module on Menu >> [Task email] >> [Add] >> Click [Pre arrival] icon >> Enter [Subject] >> Choose [Copy template] or create the content email and choose the system fields

         On the screen of Copy Template,to choose the content template >> Click  [Choose]

         To repair the content email >> click the system fields.

        To send email automatically can choose 1 in 2 schedule : [Before arrival date] or [After reservation date]

       If you don’t send immediately ,you can choose [Save for late]

       Save Task email

        The system will check time of booking and will automatically send the email according to the email created
