How to set up different access according to user ?

1. Hotel owner & managers

Login software

Hotel owners/managers have access to more configuration in the software than the staff and front office.

Hotel owners/managers can also choose to view the hotel situation that they want to manage.

To do so :  Menu > Configuration 

Hotel owners/managers can also add another hotel with different managers’name.

Hotel owners/managers have the right to view all hotel reports: booking reports, reception reports, control reports, …

The managers also have the right to configure the hotel information but not the hotel selection function.

 

Hotel staff

Log in

Employees who want to log into the software must enter their hotel code.

The htel staff is not allowed to set hotel information and are restricted from viewing reports.
