Sending email for guess

Sending email for guest help The hotel to send announcement about confirm, cancel booking, thank you letter… to their customer. You can send different  email marketing  for your customer in suitable period.

Note

• To send email to customer , when creating reservation, an email address need to be filled in.

 

If this reservation lack of email address, you can use room detail> click in guess name

> Fill customer’s email> Save 

Sending email for guess

In  Room detail > select Letter Symbol

Select Send email

Choose  template email  wish send to guess -> Chọose guess  (if here are many guess in 1 room) > Click Send email
