Cancel booking of group

Cancel group reservation support the hotel to cancel group reservation.

1st method: Cancel group from timeline chart

• Click on any room in this group> select Edit group

• Click room need to be cancel( choose all to cancel group)> select Cancel room > Fill reason >  cancel

 

Or you can choose quick group cancel symbol:

 

Click on symbol ‘x’ (cancel group) > Fill reason > Click and fill cancellation fee if apply > perform

 Cancel group reservation from group

• Choose group > group reservation > search group reservation by search information

• Select group cancel>fill in the reason> perform

 

Note: For group with advance deposit payment, the hotel needs to remove the deposit to cancel the whole group.
