Export stock support the hotel update, monitor the export stock amount

Create Export Stock

• Sign in > Stock management > Warehouse > Export stock > Select symbol +

Select Export stock note > Enter raw material information, warehouse, amount, unit price, click the symbol to add line > save  to finish

The below picture shows the export stock interface after creating

Note: There is an automatic export stock note created if the configuration allow minus amount from sale manager or receptionist when sell the product

Modify export stock note

• At the export stock interface, click in the export stock note which wish to be modify

modify information > select save >

Delete export stock note

• At the export stock interface click > Enter the reason  > Ok

 

The below picture shows the interface after deleting

 

Note: We can not restore the import stock after  after deleting, please be careful
